Instructions:

1. Check the list below to see if your part is supported. If you do not see your vehicle listed, please email us  at clusterfixtexas@gmail.com or call or text us at (512) 791-1717 to check if we can do it.
2. Print and complete the Disclaimer Form HERE with the following information

   1. Your first and last name

   2. Mailing address

   3. Email address and contact phone number

   4. Year

   5. Make

   6. Model

   7. Mileage that it shows now (very helpful but if not know then it is no problem).

   8. Reason for alteration.

   9. Mileage to be corrected to.

3.  Payment - We accept all major credit cards
4. Mail your instrument cluster or module, the DISCLAIMER FORM Information form, receipt of payment to the following address:
