What you will need to send:

2. Your CAS Module, EWS or FEM
3. Your Key

Instructions:

1. Check the list below to see if your part is supported. If you do not see your vehicle listed, please email us  at info@clusterfixtexas.com or call or text us at (512) 791-1717 to check if we can do it.
2. Print and complete the Disclaimer Form HERE with the following information

   1. Year

   2. Make

   3. Model

   4. Mileage that it shows now (if not know then it is no problem).

   5. Reason for alteration.

   6. Mileage to be corrected to.

3.  Payment - We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards through PayPal.
   1. If paying by Check or Money Order (Preferred Methods), make it payable to ClusterFixTexas and mail it with your part.
      
   2. If paying with Credit Card or PayPal, please click the "Pay Now" button below, complete your order, and print your receipt. Mail a copy of your receipt with your part.
4. Mail your instrument cluster or module, the DISCLAIMER FORM, and your payment or receipt of payment to the following address:
