You are purchasing a SERVICE from your ISM provided. We support all the Mercedes Engine ISM units, Gas or Diesel.
ClusterFix Texas provides a prompt programming service for your electronic modules, The modules goes through various programming processes to ensure previous vehicle parameters are fully removed and the part is Reset to factory conditions, only after this, we pass it and it’s ready for dispatch.
For the Cloning service there are 2 different options we provide:
1. Send us Your Original ISM and the Donor DSM to clone the information ( Make sure the Original Can communicate using a
OBD Scanner ) If not see option 2
2. If you would need us to provide a donor DSM, there is an additional $325 part fee.

We Do have coverage to current model years, but please contact us first to verify if you dont see your part number.
Our service is typically just a 1 business day service!!
Here is how it works:
Step 1. Include in the package your details so we can match up your part with the purchased listing.
Information should include;
a. Your Full Name
b. Your User ID
c. VIN number for the Car
d. Requested service (example; Cloning Service)
e. Symptoms you are having with the car
f. Return Shipping Address
Step 2. Safely Package your Modules ( Option 1 or 2 see above ) in box with bubble wrap to insure safe delivery to our facility.
Step 3. Contact us with the tracking number of the package being shipped to us. ( We do not provide postage to us,
only the return shipping is covered )
Step 4. We will do the rest when we receive
